Service Description

Unleash Your Potential with CORE Fundamentals! Boxing isn’t just about physical strength—it’s about developing mental resilience and confidence. Gain the self-assurance to face challenges. CORE Fundamentals 4-week, beginner-level afterschool program is designed for young individuals ages 12 to 18, combining fitness, fun, and essential boxing skills in a supportive and motivating environment. Mental Skills Development: • Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS): Build strength, coordination, and agility. and master the basic movements that form the foundation of boxing and overall fitness. • Strength in Motion: Develop physical strength and learn how to move powerfully while building endurance. • Nutrition: Understand the importance of fueling the body right for peak performance. • SMART Goal Setting: Set personal goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-based.
